Policies

Thank you for your understanding regarding the limited space in suite. We kindly ask that you  refrain from bringing additional guests and children to appointments. If children must attend, please ensure they keep a safe from the equipment and refrain from running in the hallways. We appreciate your cooperation!

Late Arrival Policy

Please note that if you are to be 15 minutes late or more, I may need to cancel your appointment for the day. such cases, a half of the missed appointment service fee will apply if you wish to re-book. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancelation/ No-Show Policy

We kindly ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment, allowing us the chance to fill the slot. If you do not provide adequate notice, Redefine Hair Studio will charge a cancellation fee equal to half of total service fee for the missed appointment before you can rebook. By making your appointment, you agree to this policy, and failure to pay the fee will result in being unable to rebook with us.
